FNF – Friday Night Film : The Corporation (2003)
Why are sociopaths and psychopaths extremely over represented in the highest positions of corporations?
This film gives a good explanation of why – corporations themselves if diagnosed as people are predominantly psychopaths themselves.
You’d think that things like disasters, or the purity of childhood, or even milk, let alone water or air, would be sacred. But no. Corporations have no built-in limits on what, who, or how much they can exploit for profit. In the fifteenth century, the enclosure movement began to put fences around public grazing lands so that they might be privately owned and exploited. Today, every molecule on the planet is up for grabs. In a bid to own it all, corporations are patenting animals, plants, even your DNA. Around things too precious, vulnerable, sacred or important to the public interest, governments have, in the past, drawn protective boundaries against corporate exploitation. Today, governments are inviting corporations into domains from which they were previously barred.

The sickness that is the mindset of the corporation – let us patent DNA of plants and humans so that we will be financially compensated for researching and discovering and producing new products that might better mankind – or so that’s their sales pitch – whether it REALLY betters mankind or just lines their own pockets with power, control, dominion and money, is the question we must answer.
When you are a consumer you are in that action not unlike a parasite.. you are taking, consuming … when you create, you are adding to the world… you are giving.
